Kone Kmeng began as a bridge between charitible financial donors and those churches in Cambodia that need assistance in their desire to work with children at risk. Working with Tear fund in Cambodia in 2000-2005, Glenn and Siobhan Miles had decided to use fund given to them by their churches in the UK and USA to provide support for small church in Cambodia.
Kone Kmeng began its work in June 2005, it was registered with the Ministry of Interior of the Royal government of Cambodia in 2007 to support churches to reach out to children in their communities.
