What we do is gather information and do reviews on charities to give more confidence to charity supporters on those charities reviewed.
Of the ones we have reviewed or are in the process of review that help children that you can contact are, Camillian Home for children living with disabilities, Christian Care Foundation for Children with Disabilities, Chaiyapruk Foundation and Foundation for Better Life of Children.

If you are going to Chiang Mai we can suggest some others also.

I am a children's entertainer and have been to 4 orphanages already in Bangkok and gone through the Rotary Club South. I am fund raising at the moment and coming over in October to try and go to every orphanage and do balloons and circus workshops for the children.
I can get in touch with them all directly as my partner is Thai but I would like to book some before I come back and wondered as you have them listed is it better to go through you and are there any that you don't think are reputable?
Are there others that you don't have listed?

One Charity that needs urgent help is:
    Thai Family Link Foundation

They run programs to strengthen those with psychiatric illness through education.

    Contact: Khun Somboon Chungto
    Telephone: 089-117-5283, 02-968-9659
    Email: i.saiyai@hotmail.com

We are in the process of writing a report and then translating it to English for posting on the website.
They do have staff who can speak English.

Mental health is a big problem but not one that people like to talk about.
This charity is small and they used to receive funding from Janssen and Astra for 10 years but the funding programs have stopped as they were set for a 10 year fixed period only.
They are based in Nonthaburi/Bangkok but do have regional programs over Thailand.
Bangkok Post recently had an article mentioning Thai Family Link

A group of friends and colleagues here in Phuket, Thailand are ramping up for Movember - in support of Men's Health. While we are committed and passionate about the campaign, we've struggled each year with the direction of our funding. I would appreciate very much any recommendations for local organizations in Phuket or Thailand that work in the area of Men's Health. We are interested in advocacy, research, hospice/care. Generally, we are open to any/all organizations that are making positive impact in this area.

    Thanks in advance!
